Invicta Holdings Limited acquired Doosan South Africa (Pty) Limited. The deal with Doosan, a Korean owned heavy earthmoving equipment company, was effective on 1 April 2008.

 

The company, now known as DISA Equipment (Pty) Limited (DISA - Doosan Infracore SA), t/a Doosan, continues to distribute all three product lines throughout Southern Africa, namely:

 

Crawler Excavators
